What you are buying
Digital crochet patterns, delivered as PDF files. Nothing physical ships. There is no yarn, no kit, and no finished item — you are buying the instructions to make one yourself.
Delivery
Your download link is issued as soon as payment clears. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email hello@hallowmori.com and we will send it directly. Files remain yours to keep and reprint; there is no subscription and no expiry.
Copyright
The patterns, written instructions, charts and photographs are our copyright. Buying a pattern gives you a licence to use it, described in full on the licence page. It does not transfer ownership of the work.
What we promise, and what we do not
We promise the patterns are complete and that we will fix any error you find. We cannot promise a particular finished size or result, because gauge, yarn, hook and tension vary from maker to maker — that is the nature of crochet, not a defect.
The patterns are for makers with basic amigurumi skills. Each one is labelled with a skill level so you can judge before you start.
Safety
Several patterns use safety eyes and stuffing. Pieces made with these are not suitable for children under three. If you are making for a small child, embroider the features instead. If you sell what you make, the toy-safety rules of your own country are your responsibility.
Refunds
Covered in full on the refunds page: thirty days, no returns required.
