Small-Business Licence

This licence covers every pattern in the Hallowmori Halloween Collection and any single pattern bought from us. It is written in plain English on purpose — vague licences cost makers money, and you should be able to read this once and know where you stand.

What you may do

• Make as many finished pieces as you like from these patterns.
• Sell those finished pieces — at fairs, in a shop, on Etsy, anywhere you like.
• Keep all the money. There is no royalty, no cap on quantity, and nothing to apply for.
• Photograph your finished pieces and use those photographs in your own listings and advertising.

A credit is appreciated but not required. If you would like to give one: “Made from a Hallowmori pattern.”

What you may not do

• Resell, share, give away, or publish the pattern files themselves, in whole or in part.
• Republish our written instructions, our photographs, or our charts as your own.
• Upload the files to a sharing site, a group drive, or a members' area.
• Use our product photographs to sell your own finished pieces — photograph yours.

The short version: the finished object is yours to sell. The pattern is not.

Mass manufacture

This licence covers work made by hand, by you or by your own small team. It does not cover factory production or licensing the designs on to a manufacturer. If that is what you have in mind, write to us and we will talk about it.
